The interdisciplinary team led by The Lawrence Group, in which I was the lead urban designer, developed this master plan for the regeneration of the town’s historic core by means of a carefully crafted strategy of infill buildings and a new mixed-use district immediately adjacent to the south where the market realities of new higher-density and larger scale development could be accommodated. Existing buildings are shown uncolored.
